Jennex is an associate professor at San Diego State University, editor in chief of the International Journal of Knowledge Management, editor in chief of Idea Group Publishing's Knowledge Management book series, co-editor in chief of the International Journal of Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management, and president of the Foundation for Knowledge Management (LLC). Rochelle Becker has been active on nuclear safety issues in California for 35 years. She co-founded the Alliance for Nuclear Responsibility in 2005 to focus on her experience working with elected representatives and oversight agencies - both state and federal. Rochelle has testified before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, California Energy Commission, Regional Water Quality Control Board, as well as the state legislature and Congress.

Nilmini Silva-Send is the senior policy analyst at USD's Energy Policy Initiatives Center, where she contributes research and analysis to EPIC's ongoing energy and climate change projects. Currently she is researching energy use and costs and benefits of measures to develop greater efficiency in road transportation in the San Diego region. Silva-Send has conducted legal and technical analysis of environmental laws in Europe and the U.S. throughout her career. She has also taught upper level and graduate level international law courses in Germany.

Jim's career in environmental education and sustainability has spanned more than 30 years. Before joining the staff of WalkSanDiego he served as Vice President of Programs at the San Diego Natural History Museum where he was responsible for developing education programs and exhibitions that focused on the plants, animals and habitats of Southern California and the Baja peninsula. Jim sits on the Board of Directors of California Walks, a state-wide pedestrian advocacy organization.

Andy Hanshaw, MPA, has been Executive Director at the SDCBC since July of 2011. He is also the founder and organizer of the annual Bike The Bay community bike ride that takes place each August in San Diego. A career nonprofit and development professional, he has lead efforts to help small businesses working with Business Improvement Districts in San Diego and Portland, Oregon and he also led fundraising efforts for the recently completed San Diego State University Alumni Center.
