Andy Hanshaw, MPA, has been Executive Director at the SDCBC since July of 2011. He is also the founder and organizer of the annual Bike The Bay community bike ride that takes place each August in San Diego. A career nonprofit and development professional, he has lead efforts to help small businesses working with Business Improvement Districts in San Diego and Portland, Oregon and he also led fundraising efforts for the recently completed San Diego State University Alumni Center.
Paul Jablonski began his career in the transit industry at an early age by driving a bus for the University of Massachusetts campus in Amherst. He then moved on to the Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) in Albany, N.Y., where he was an assistant to the executive director of the system. Jablonski then transferred to the private sector, working for ATE, where he was assigned to develop a transportation system in Saudi Arabia. During his nearly four-and-a-half-year stint overseas, his company managed about 60-plus systems in Saudi Arabia.
Director of Mobility Management and Project Implementation - SANDAG
Linthicum joined SANDAG as the division director of engineering and construction when the agency consolidated with the Metropolitan Transit Development Board in 2003. Linthicum also spent 23 years at Caltrans, the last 11 as the deputy director of construction. He played a key role in many of the region's significant transportation projects, including the Mission Valley East Trolley extension, numerous highway projects, and the seismic retrofit of the Coronado Bridge.

Alan Gin is Associate Professor of Economics at the University of San Diego. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and his Master's of Arts and Ph.D. degrees, both in Economics, from the University of California at Santa Barbara. His work experience includes stints with the Community Development Department of the County of Fresno and the Public Works Department of the City of Oxnard.

Jerry Sanders began his lifelong career in public service when he joined the San Diego Police Department at the age of 22. In 1999, Sanders retired as Police Chief and became CEO of the United Way of San Diego. In 2005 he was elected as Mayor to San Diego. Under his control the city financial staff completed six years' worth of back logged audits, allowing the city to return to the public bond markets.This helped to fund the mayor's commitment to repair San Diego's long neglected water, sewer and transportation infrastructure.
Aaron has been the SDUT Deputy Graphics Director for the past 3 years and News Artist since 2006. Aaron has earned multiple Press Club News Association awards for his Info Graphic work. He has Proficient knowledge and use of computer and software programs used in graphics work. (Including Adobe Products,Flash, ActionScript, HTML, CSS, XML, NewTek LightWave for 3D modeling, Motion, Keynote, Microsoft Office, ESRI ArcView for GIS mapping and basic scripting/programming)

Matt directs a staff of six graphics reporters/news artists who create compelling visual stories for the company's print and digital publishing platforms. He uses multiple tools to build an image: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, ArcMap, MapStudio for Media, Cinema 4D, Office suite, Natural Scene Designer, QuarkXPress, Acrobat, FreeHand. "I'm a big fan of charts, maps, diagrams and other alternative story forms."
Executive Director - Olivewood Gardens & Learning Center
Healy Vigderson is the Executive Director of Olivewood Gardens and Learning Center. Healy comes to us from the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County, serving most recently as Assistant Director, where she oversaw education and outreach programs designed to support families with chronic health conditions. She also managed creative fundraising events and led an advocacy team on legislative issues at the State Capitol. Healy has a background in Ecology and worked in North Central Chile on Desertification projects near the Atacama Desert.
Dan Gibbs is the CEO and a co-founder of Home Town Farms, a growing establishment using efficient and revolutionary technology. He also provides information and his expertise to the San Diego State University Water Conservation Advisory Board and is a board member of many other advisory boards.
