André Skupin is an associate professor of Geography at San Diego State University. He received a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Cartography at the Technical University Dresden, Germany, and a Ph.D. in Geography at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has worked in the geographic information systems (GIS) industry in Germany, the United States, and South Africa.
Shoji Sadao, Executive Director of the Isamu Noguchi Foundation, Inc. from 1991-2003, architect Shoji Sadao collaborated with both R. Buckminster Fuller and Isamu Noguchi on many important projects. Sadao met Fuller while studying architecture at Cornell University, and it was Fuller who introduced him to Noguchi. Shoji Sadao began working with Fuller in 1954, and in 1965 formed Fuller and Sadao, P.C., whose first project was the large geodesic dome for the U.S. Pavilion at EXPO 67 in Montreal.

Dr. Nilmini Silva-Send is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Energy Policy Initiatives Center (EPIC) at the USD's School of Law. In this role, she is contributing research and analysis to EPIC’s ongoing greenhouse gas inventory project. Dr. Silva-Send is conducting analysis on the waste emissions and the off-road sectors of transportation. She is also lead researcher on a project to assess clean technology policies around the U.S.

Scott A. Murray, an organic farmer for 32 years, was a delegate to the 2004 and 2006 Terra Madre conferences in Turin Italy . As agriculture program director and teacher at San Pasqual Academy for Foster Teens, he created the school's Organic and Sustainable farm project with funding from Slow Food San Diego's 2005 and 2006 annual Orfila fundraising events and other sources. Scott consults on the conversion of chemically managed farms to Organic and Sustainable agricultural practices.
