Every year, San Diego Gas & Electric gives a presentation justifying their high rates to San Diego City Council. This year, a number of organizations, including SanDiego350, ACCE, Climate Action Campaign and Public Power San Diego will be demanding that council begin to take steps to address those rates.

Please join us. We have a toolkit with directions and possible talking points. Please register so we can keep you up to date on the details and know to look for you.

The item will be the main item to be discussed in the afternoon session, which begins at  2:00 PM. We’ll meet in the downstairs lobby fifteen minutes ahead of time (1:45 PM). While you can also provide public comment online, being there in person sends a much more powerful message. (If you are present, you can also cede your time to another speaker.)
